Valet Porter role at US Auto Trust

We are a Premier Luxury Automotive Group, proud to represent legendary brands such as Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Pagani, Czinger, Lotus and Cadillac.

Ferrari Dallas is seeking a Valet Porter to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

The Valet Porter is responsible for the transport to and from customers’ places of business or home while their vehicle is in the Service Department or other area of the facility. The role requires wearing company‑approved uniform, maintaining a professional appearance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation

$18/hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, courteous and prompt transportation to customers while the customer’s vehicle is being serviced or repaired.
  • Understand, interpret and follow map directions.
  • Maintain a courteous, friendly and helpful hospitable attitude with customers at all times.
  • Drive dealership and customer vehicles safely on and off the lot.
  • Handle inventory checks, including maintaining security for high‑value vehicles.
  • Ensure vehicles are stored securely and in compliance with dealership policies.
  • Represent the dealership while interacting with third‑party vendors or customers during vehicle deliveries or pick‑ups.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and order of the dealership’s property and vehicles.
  • Comply with all motor vehicle laws.
  • Meet company auto insurance carrier guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicle, recommend repairs/maintenance work to management, and ensure registration and license tag are current.
  • Ensure all occupants wear seat belts; child restraint seats must be used in accordance with local law.
  • Complete all training as directed by supervisor.
  • Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Hold a current and valid California driver license with a clean driving record.
  • Understand and follow directions.
  • Interpret and follow map directions.
  • Customer service and driver background is a plus.
  • Meet company auto insurance carrier guidelines.
