Kratos Antenna Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to support order management, customer communication, and project coordination activities. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely delivery, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This position works closely with Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Shipping to support customer needs and maintain smooth operational workflows. This role requires strong communication, initiative, and a positive, team-oriented approach.

Works on assignments requiring judgement and initiative while problem solving customer issues that arise. The position is based in Plano, TX
.

• Primary Point of Contact for internal and external customers, providing prompt, accurate, and professional support.
• Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolutions clearly and proactively.

• Perform order entry and validation in Epicor, ensuring accuracy from quote to delivery.
• Review customer orders to ensure alignment with pricing, scope, and requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot customer orders, including on-time delivery performance and exceptions.
• Expedite orders when needed and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve delays or issues.

• Coordinate with Planning, Production and Procurement to support schedule alignment and delivery commitments.
• Liaise with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure customer requirements are understood and met.
• Facilitate smooth communication between internal stakeholders to support customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate shipping activities and support logistics needs based on customer and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate, organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Support small or defined customer projects by tracking status, documenting requirements, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Assist with basic planning tasks such as monitoring timelines, tracking deliverables, and communicating progress.

Required Experience:

• 5-7 years experience in customer service, order management, or related operational support roles.
• ERP experienced required, Epicor preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated teamwork, initiative, and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate clearly, professionally, and thoroughly.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and logistics coordination.
