We are looking for a Group Vice President of Program Management for our growing team. This role will span Media, CRM and Web with a strong focus on media. In this role, you will operate as an expert of scope, process, tools, and methodology, being highly skilled at financial management of projects and accounts, and drive adoption and governance across your accounts, office, or region.
You will navigate with grace across multiple stakeholders, cross-agency teams and third parties to ‘inspire a shared vision’ for the combined multidisciplinary team. You will protect the interest of the internal organization with regards to unambiguous scope and profitability, while working to solve for the client’s most challenging business problems. You will also be expected to actively uncover new organic growth opportunities to expand the Razorfish footprint and continuously grow the business as well as grow future leaders of the organization.
The ideal candidate is a dot connector, has an analytic mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to organize and track multiple projects simultaneously. They should be proactive, resourceful, agile, and a creative problem solver. They will foster client relationships and partner with the client to work through process changes, escalations, and forward-thinking ideas.
Responsibilities- Runs an increasingly larger and more complex portfolio of programs for a client or across 2+ clients; partners across multiple agencies
- Effectively drives and manages a team of cross-functional team members for our largest or transformational engagements ($30M+)
- Partners with the Client Services Lead to effectively drive the program(s)/portfolio(s)
- Collaborates across multiple stakeholders and cross-agency teams to ‘Inspire a shared vision’ for the combined multidisciplinary team
- Ensures that effective Account level communications plans are created and executed properly to meet Client commitments
- Track and manage client scope and team burn to drive internal and client conversations
- Partner with resource management to ensure team is properly staffed, identifying staffing concerns and proposing solutions to optimize the team
- Objectively diagnoses root causes of programs that are challenged and leads Razorfish and Client teams to develop recovery plans
- Monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures with the purpose of identifying problems and recommendations for process efficiency improvements
- Pilots new processes and tools to drive innovation and improve performance without compromising the methodology and drives organizational adoption and governance on new tools, process and methodology
- Drive process adoption, optimization, maintain level of integrity in an environment that has high urgency and is outcomes oriented.
- Works with operations on process design, rollout, and adoption across media, CRM, and web
- Create training materials to document processes and instill best practices across teams
- Provides leadership support and direction for change management as needed and helps manage through the client organization
- Supports operations-led initiatives in risk management, compliance, AI innovation
- Client POC for media process and ways of working
- Orchestrates collaboration among media strategy, investment, and measurement to deliver large media campaigns
