Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to lead all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across the Air Controls Solutions (ACS) Business Unit. This remote role (with preference for proximity to a U.S. ADT facility) will champion our Zero Harm - “Beyond Zero” vision, manage Worker’s Compensation case and loss run programs, and inspire a culture of safety transformation throughout ACS.

What

You’ll Do
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and ADT iEHS management systems.
  • Lead EHS initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Safety Kaizen principles to achieve Zero Harm goals.
  • Drive Safety Culture Transformation across ACS plants.
  • Manage EHS Playbook and Scorecard performance, ensuring sustainability of leading indicators.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and update EHS policies and standards.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for Worker’s Compensation, partnering with third‑party vendors for case management and reporting.
  • Lead EHS improvement projects leveraging technology and forward‑thinking strategies.
  • Execute EHS Strategic Action Plans for ACS.
  • Audit EHS Alert processes and action tracking to reduce risk and prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance programs (EPA, OSHA, DOT, DHS, DEA) and state/local requirements.
  • Review and implement permits and reporting requirements for all facilities.
  • Audit EHS database for accuracy of compliance and sustainability data; track trends to prevent non‑compliance.
  • Support EHS Risk Accountability & Mapping Program (RAMP).
  • Provide input for internal/external audits and ensure timely remediation of findings.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for incident prevention.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs, including leadership‑specific modules.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align operations with EHS policies.
  • Perform layered audits and support closure of actions from Gemba walks.
  • Participate in investigations of EHS incidents and assist with preparation for hearings or regulatory inquiries.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Safety Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong project management and planning experience.
  • Experience with risk management and assessment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • High-level leadership skills with integrity, collaboration, and results orientation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of OSHA and EPA programs.
  • Ability to multi‑task, act with urgency, and maintain accuracy.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
  • Experience with Safe Start, STOP, or other behavior‑based safety programs.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma techniques.
Work Environment

The work environment is primarily in a professional office setting with standard office equipment and a climate‑controlled atmosphere designed for productivity.
