We are seeking a Manager, Accounting and Consolidations to join this mission-driven organization. As a Manager, Accounting and Consolidations, you will play a key role in a high-performing Finance team, providing critical guidance on accounting, reporting, and analytical projects while ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Responsibilities
  • Review journal entries and reconciliations thoroughly, following up with requestors as needed for clarification or additional support
  • Oversee and refine month‑end close processes, including intercompany transactions, foreign currency translation, remeasurements, and global chart of accounts maintenance
  • Participate in monthly global consolidations and intercompany eliminations
  • Lead financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for leadership
  • Support the development and daily activities of team members, including hiring, coaching, goal‑setting, performance reviews, and work oversight
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, driving solutions focused on regional and global standardization
  • Serve as backup to other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate in the year‑end financial statement audit process
  • Ensure policies and processes are well documented, up-to-date, consistently applied, and communicated broadly
  • Maintain strong relationships with business partners, providing accounting policies, guidance, and training as needed
  • Assist with cross‑functional projects and ad‑hoc special projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6–8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in consolidations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Experience managing small to midsized teams and functional areas
  • Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills; ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Creative problem solver with strategic thinking skills and the ability to present information clearly and concisely
  • Experience with Net Suite
  • Collaborative work environment with direct contact with co‑workers in office settings
  • Regular social interaction and occasional interruptions
  • Frequent domestic and international travel
Additional Information

The position offers a base salary of up to $135,000, plus a target bonus of 15%.
