The Manager, Commercial Credit Management is responsible for leading a team of Credit Analyst, daily servicing, commercial credit lending authority and managing the risk and exposure for an assigned portfolio under Commercial Credit Department leadership. This role is directly responsible for the annual reviews and renewals, as well as the ongoing account management process. In addition, this role will work directly with the Field Sales team, Regional Operations Managers and Directors to resolve underwriting issues.
WhatYou Will Do
- Minimum 5-7 years’ related experience in financial statements and dealer credit analysis.
- 0-2 years supervisory or leading large projects.
- Exposure to the automotive business environment is highly recommended, particularly if exposure was to some aspect of commercial credit activity.
- Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred.
- Proven commercial credit and risk identification/mitigation skills in analytically challenging environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to successfully manage, train, develop and mentor direct reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to present to leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment.
