As a DC Operations Lead, you'll guide team members across all distribution center functions while maintaining company standards and driving operational excellence. This leadership role bridges frontline operations and management priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily DC operations including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory control
- Train and mentor team members to optimize performance
- Foster positive working relationships among staff, managers, and vendors
- Achieve key performance metrics set by leadership
- Safely operate all powered equipment (with certification)
- Implement management initiatives and coordinate cross-department efforts
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- 2+ years warehouse experience with leadership exposure
- High school diploma / GED and eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Fluency in English (reading / writing / speaking)
- Proficiency in AS / 400 and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and meet physical demands
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Powered equipment certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Growth mindset with appetite for continuous learning
- Broad understanding of cross-functional DC operations
Active distribution center with exposure to moving machinery and moderate noise levels. Safety-focused culture with PPE provided.
Physical RequirementsRegular standing, walking, and lifting (25-50 lbs frequently, up to 100 lbs occasionally). Full range of motion required for bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
