Fulfillment Executor Lead

The Fulfillment Executor Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate execution of connection and disconnection orders in the AT&T order system. This role involves managing a team of fulfillment executors, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and customer requirements.

• Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead and mentor the fulfillment team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor workload to ensure efficiency and timely completion of orders.
• Order Fulfillment Oversight
  • Supervise submission, monitoring, and tracking of all fulfillment activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry in AT&T systems for connection / disconnection requests.
• Issue Resolution & Coordination
  • Act as the escalation point for order-related issues and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve them promptly.
  • Drive proactive communication to prevent delays and maintain service quality.
• Process Optimization
  • Identify gaps and implement process improvements to enhance fulfillment accuracy and turnaround time.
  • Develop and enforce best practices across the team.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

• Relevant experience in order fulfillment or operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of order systems and telecom fulfillment processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with workflow management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
