Project Manager – Dematic

Dematic is seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex projects, manage scope, schedule, budget, and lead cross‑functional teams.

• Identify and manage project risks with actionable mitigation strategies.
• Analyze project profitability forecasts, manage monthly costs, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Provide Project Management practices and solution development leadership to pre‑sales efforts.
• Define and demonstrate equipment, subsystem and system performance criteria.
• Develop detailed project schedules inclusive of engineering, installation, integration activities.
• Apply systems engineering principles in project execution and pre‑sales solution development.
• Develop customer business case, proposal, estimate, and high‑level schedule.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in material handling industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong Project Management background.
• Team leadership and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects.
