As Senior Manager, Organizational Development, you will lead the global strategy and design of core organizational development initiatives within Yum!’s Center of Excellence. This role shapes enterprise-wide approaches to performance management, career development, employee engagement, change management, assessments, and leadership capability—driving organizational effectiveness and enabling corporate employees to grow and thrive.

You will leverage deep Organizational Development expertise to drive breakthrough organizational effectiveness and enable our corporate employees to grow and thrive, translating business needs into scalable, future-ready solutions while delivering data-driven insights that strengthen culture and performance. This role reports to the Director of Yum! Learning & Organizational Development and includes one direct report.

Salary Range : $, - $, annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
