We are currently seeking a SVP to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Scope:
Leads Global Delivery & Growth for North America Apps & BPS

Reports to:

President Global Apps & BPSFocus:
Sets strategy and direction within defined area; delivers performance against financial, operational, and people goals.

Accountability:
Owns P&L or functional results within defined scope; leads strategic execution.

Influence:
Strategic within domain; limited cross-functional or company-wide influence.

Influences decision-making within their business area and collaborates across functions or geographies to drive performance and alignment.

External Role:
Represents company within key markets, customer segments, or industry-specific forums.

P&L Responsibility:
Oversees and manages profit and loss within their key business segment / unit / function, ensuring long-term financial performance and strategic objectives are met, directly impacting the success of the respective regional / global unit Decision authority (Strategic Contribution):
Makes decisions that affect the short-/mid-term operational effectiveness and long-term performance of their key business segment / unit / function, contributing to the overall business strategy.

People & Succession (Span of Influence):
Accountable for managing and developing a senior leadership team within their key business segment / unit / function, ensuring effective performance and succession planning

General Reporting accountability:
Accountable to the executive management team for overall results of their key business segment / unit / function.

Direct Reporting accountability:
Participates as a strategic team member within the executive/senior leadership team

Basic Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor degree or higher.

Must have experience managing P&L and revenue of 100M+Must have at least 15 years’ experience in Information Technology Consulting industry

Must be willing to do global travel
