We are currently seeking a Client Delivery Executive (Life & Annuity) - Onsite to join our team in Dallas, Plano, McKinney, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).We are seeking a seasoned Client Delivery Executive (CDE) to lead a major Life & Annuity insurance account spanning multiple geographies, delivery towers, and service lines. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact leadership role responsible for overall account governance, client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and financial performance for a portfolio exceeding $50M in annual revenue.

The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise, a strong command of enterprise delivery operations, and the executive presence to influence senior client stakeholders while driving transformation, innovation, and growth.

This role requires regular onsite presence (minimum 4 days/week) at the client office in the Dallas/McKinney region.

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for leading a team of practice delivery executives and leads and drives overall account governance, client satisfaction, delivery excellence and margin growth for a multi-geo, multi-towered enterprise account.

Protect current revenue and ensure continued business growth by avoiding competitive renewals and cultivating growth opportunities.

Excel at Client Management, with the ability to grow and improve client/customer relationships, implement change and leverage technology for competitive advantage.

Work collaboratively with Client Executives to develop customer relationships, identify, and manage relationship risk, and grow account reference-ability.

Negotiates contracts that are executable and able to deliver SLAs and ‘as sold’ financial performance.

Successfully deliver P&L for a large Insurance account inclusive of revenue, cost, margin, and cost containment goals.

Ensure accurate and timely revenue/cost/margin forecasts for the account.

Improve delivery productivity, innovation/automation, delivery transformation, service delivery for the account portfolio.

Senior leadership standard requirements for communication, leadership, relationship building, P&L (Revenue of ~50+M), problem solving, etc.

Hire, coach, and develop talent to achieve growth, profit, NPS and contractual performance goals.

Manage Sales Enablement – ensure tight integration with delivery teams for delivery led sales initiatives.

Responsible for sales support and deal accuracy within Insurance Partner with BU and Vertical Service Tower Leaders to enhance customer satisfaction, delivery quality and overall portfolio health and  recognized as a proactive, influential and strategic delivery leader by the client and within NTT DATADrive change, enable AI adoption, drive savings in operational spend and discretionary spend through AI.

Minimum requirements:

10 years in a delivery management role managing multi-practice accounts
10 years of experience with application development, maintenance operations, global delivery5+ years of experience with (CXO) level interaction5+ years of experience with implementing transformation, automation, AI Knowledge of the industry and relevant COTS products

Additional Qualifications:

Experience managing multi‑tower delivery environments including Infrastructure, Applications, and End‑User Services.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure models.

Experience with policy administration systems, claims platforms, and Life & Annuity operational workflows.

Proven ability to lead large global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
