Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Director of Workforce Management & Reporting Strategy to lead the WFM team for domestic theatres. You will drive labor planning, scheduling optimization, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics to improve efficiency and profitability across 500+ theatres.
You will partner with Field Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Data teams to standardize reporting, governance, and tools, while coaching and developing the WFM team and ensuring compliance with company controls.
