Pay Range$33-$36/hr.
OpportunityTechnical Assistance Agent opportunity working onsite at Automotive OEM in Plano, Texas!
Qualifications- Diagnostic skills.
- 5 years' dealership experience.
- Working knowledge of product warranty, policies & procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to interface with Dealer Technicians via phone, email and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ase Master Certification and/or OEM Master Certification preferred.
- Answering 30-40 inbound calls daily from different component groups such as Hybrid, Powertrain, Electrical, Body, and Chassis.
- Providing diagnostic and troubleshooting tips and resolution to dealership technicians.
- Updating and escalating cases to Tier II personnel, product engineers, and Field Technical Specialists on product quality concerns and issues.
- Assist in shadowing and mentoring new hire Tier I. (once fully trained and working to production standards).
