Perform maintenance, equipment operation, grounds and housekeeping tasks necessary to maintain rail site, buildings, grounds, and equipment managed by regional business entities. This position is located in Plano, TX.

• Operate straight or articulated rubber‑tired tractor‑type vehicle equipped with a front‑mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport bulk materials onto trucks.
• Start the engine, shift gears, press pedals, and turn the steering wheel to operate the loader; move levers to lower and tilt the bucket, drive the front‑end loader forward to force the bucket into bulk material, raise and tilt the bucket when filled, drive the vehicle to the work site, and dump material.
• Perform assignments outlined by the Foreman, following standard procedures; work is inspected periodically for safety and economy in operation.
• Perform routine maintenance on the loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
• Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers serviced.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas; promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

  Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required
  
  Work Experience:
  
  2 years of general work related to duties and responsibilities
• Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use hand and power tools
• Knowledge of company processes and procedures
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Able to prioritize work
• Valid driver’s license

• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and properly use Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
