Material Handler
The Material Handler plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory organization and ensuring the smooth flow of materials within the company. This position involves issuing materials, accurately picking, counting, and labeling parts for production operations, as well as documenting shortages and entering data into SAP.
Responsibilities- Maintain inventory store organization and perform cycle counts.
- Issue materials from the stock room and kit special projects such as PCP, Sales Orders, ECN, NCR, and RMA.
- Accurately pick, count, and label parts for production operations according to pick lists.
- Document shortage information and enter data into SAP.
- Audit and re-shelve returned kits.
- Follow materials handling and ESD control procedures.
- Proficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Windows operating systems.
- Experience in material handling.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Computer literacy, with Oracle 11i experience being a plus.
- Previous experience in electronic manufacturing is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including daily and weekly overtime.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is clean, indoors, and climate-controlled. You will work closely with a team of 4-5 colleagues. The dress code is casual, allowing for jeans, t-shirts, and tennis shoes.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
