We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Technician and Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of our food production equipment, specifically Vemag 500s and dough sheeters. Our production schedule runs from 5am-3pm.

We encourage Spanish‑speaking candidates to apply and join our supportive, bilingual team.

• Operate food production machinery, such as Vemag 500s and dough sheeters, to ensure consistent production output.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and adjustments to keep machines running smoothly.
• Collaborate with the production team to set up and calibrate equipment for different production runs.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and resolve minor issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and food production standards.
• Provide feedback on equipment performance and assist in improving machine efficiency.

• Prior experience operating food production machinery, with a strong understanding of Vemag 500s and dough sheeters.
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor problems.
• Knowledge of food production safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work on Sundays is a plus!

• Previous work experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of machine setup and calibration.
