Candidates must hold current IPC certification and demonstrate a strong background in rework, inspection, and the assembly of both through-hole and surface-mount components. Success in this position relies on your meticulous eye for detail and your ability to strictly adhere to technical documentation.
- Maintain compliance with IPC-A-610 quality protocols.
- Execute precise soldering tasks on various electronic components.
- Apply lead-free and no-clean soldering techniques to ensure product integrity.
- Perform micro soldering to support the assembly of complex, miniature circuitry.
- Utilize fine-pitch soldering skills to improve the reliability of high-density boards.
- Apply IPC-J-STD standards to ensure all joints meet industry requirements.
