Job Title: CNC Setup Machinist – 1st shift
Location: East Plano, TX | Full-Time | Clean, Modern Facility

About the RoleWe’re seeking a skilled CNC Setup Machinist to join our team. You’ll set up and operate CNC mills with precision, interpret detailed blueprints, and ensure every part meets exacting tolerances. Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC mills according to part prints and programs
- Interpret engineering drawings and verify dimensions using appropriate tools
- Adjust offsets and tooling as needed using G- and M-code knowledge
- Maintain accuracy and quality through all stages of production
- Enter production data accurately into the ERP system
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to solve setup and process issues
- Perform other machining-related tasks as directed
- Proven experience as a CNC setup machinist on mills (FANUC control experience required)
- Strong understanding of G- and M-code fundamentals
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and manufacturing documentation
