Material Handler

Now hiring Material Handler in Plano, TX for a full-time, 1st shift Monday–Friday schedule
. Starting pay is $20.00/hr (up to $21.00/hr depending on placement), in a climate-controlled electronics/manufacturing environment supporting production operations and material flow.

As a Material Handler, you’ll support production by receiving, moving, staging, and tracking electronic components and materials across production areas (SMT, PCBA, DIP, and Box Build). You’ll help maintain inventory accuracy, prevent shortages, and follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling standards.

$20.00–$21.00/hr

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Receive, label, move, and distribute raw materials, components, WIP, and finished goods throughout the facility
• Pick, kit, stage, replenish, and deliver materials to production lines based on schedules/work orders
• Perform inventory transactions in an ERP/WMS system (receipts, transfers, issues, returns, adjustments)
• Support cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable and maintain component traceability (lot/date/serial)
• Operate pallet jacks/carts/forklifts (when trained/authorized)
• Follow safety procedures, maintain clean work areas (5S), and comply with ESD requirements and quality standards

• 1+ year of material handling, warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Electronics manufacturing experience (SMT/PCBA/box build) strongly preferred
• Comfortable standing for long periods; occasional lifting/moving up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer/data entry skills (ERP/WMS experience a plus)
• Ability to read part numbers, labels, and work orders accurately
• Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to wear required PPE and ESD equipment
