Job Title: Vessel Shop Fabrication Foreman
Location: Midland, TX
Salary: $35P/H - $42P/H
Day to Day- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day vessel shop fabrication activities.
- Lead and support fabrication teams to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Monitor work quality and ensure fabrication standards are maintained.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Help manage workflow and keep fabrication projects on schedule.
- Previous experience in fabrication, ideally within a vessel shop or similar industrial environment.
- Experience leading or supervising a fabrication team.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and workshop safety.
- Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity.
