In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy equipment to support material movement and structural assembly within our production facility. You will play a key part in keeping projects on schedule while ensuring safety and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include identifying and reporting any mechanical or safety issues, following all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations, and assisting with general labor tasks when not operating machinery.

You’ll also help maintain production schedules and support the team in meeting project goals.

• Operating a variety of heavy equipment, including:
  • Class 7 & Class 5 Forklifts
  • 36K Fork Truck
  • Carry Deck Crane
  • Gantry Crane
  • Combi Lift
  • Additional equipment as needed
• Safely transport, load, and unload construction materials across the job site.
• Assist with structural assembly, installation, and movement of components using appropriate lifting equipment.
• Maintain daily equipment logs and perform pre-operation inspections and safety walk-arounds.
• Ensure proper care, routine cleaning, and basic maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Identify and report mechanical issues or potential safety hazards immediately.
• Always comply with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Perform ground labor tasks as needed when not operating equipment.
• Follow production schedules and execute tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• May be required to work in various weather conditions and challenging terrain.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits

This position will work out of our facilities in Jacksonville, FL or Fort Worth, TX. This position is not approved for telecommuting or working remotely.

The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
