Role Description The Printers role is a full-time, on-site position based at Fischbach USA’s production facility in Texas, United States. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring printing equipment to produce high-quality printed cartridge packaging according to production specifications and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and adjusting printers, preparing inks and materials, performing test runs, and checking color, registration, and print quality throughout each job.

The role involves routine equipment cleaning, basic troubleshooting, and coordination with production and quality teams to meet schedules and resolve issues. The Printers team member also records production data, follows standard operating procedures, and supports continuous improvement initiatives in the printing area.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Printing and Print Production to operate equipment efficiently and meet quality and output targets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support to perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Candidates should possess skills in Bindery to assist with finishing processes such as cutting, folding, and assembling printed materials when needed.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inkjet printing to set up, adjust, and maintain inkjet systems used in the production process.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or print shop environment is preferred, especially with industrial printing equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle materials safely, and follow all workplace safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Reliable attendance, effective communication with team members and supervisors, and willingness to work assigned shifts, including occasional overtime.
