As ON2IT’s Marketeer – Events & Marketing Projects, you’ll be right at the heart of our marketing engine, helping us turn bold ideas into real impact.

You’ll organize events, support campaigns, and make sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll create social content that grabs attention, learn how to use AI tools in marketing, and see your ideas come to life fast.

This is a perfect role for a hands‑on marketeer who loves to organize, create, and grow. We’re not looking for the sheep with five legs. We’re looking for curious minds with drive, ready to take the next step in your marketing career.

• Coordinate and grow our Threat Talks podcast: plan guests, book studios, publish episodes
• Help bring client and recruitment events to life, from first idea to standing applause
• Support campaigns that make people stop scrolling
• Create or tweak copy, visuals, and social posts that fit our brand
• Design eye‑catching images in Canva or Adobe (or learn to!)
• Explore AI and new tools to boost creativity and efficiency
• Keep projects moving: clear, organized, and always on track

• Some experience in marketing, events, or communications: through a job, internship, or side project
• You’re organized, creative, and love to make things happen
• You’re curious about innovation and AI in marketing, and eager to experiment
• Skilled in (or excited to learn) Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools
• You speak Dutch fluently and handle English with ease
• Experience in B2B, tech, or cybersecurity? Even better.
