Principal Associate, Executive Communications- Financial Services

* Manage social media channels (primarily Linked In), including organic content, paid content and data/reporting, in alignment to thought leadership strategy and objectives
* Drive the amplification of large-scale thought leadership storytelling and event initiatives
* Lead internal communications for a senior leader, drafting messaging for strategy updates, organizational changes and associate engagement, among other initiatives
* Develop and execute an executive-level video strategy—directing how it comes to life both internally and externally
* Contribute to our internal associate storytelling strategy and initiatives
* Partner cross-functionally on key projects and initiatives with the ability to manage input from a variety of stakeholders and drive results
* Openly and actively contribute as a member of the Financial Services Communications team and Thought Leadership pod, identifying key opportunities and taking the lead on developing content and solutions that address needs
* Highly effective communications skills with outstanding writing abilities, including the ability to draft content in the style and voice of leaders

* Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
* At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, social media management or writing
* At least 2 years of experience in communication and social media strategy development for executive leaders
* Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English or Journalism
* 2+ years of experience in financial services, technology, or similar organization
* 6+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing or writing
* 3+ years experience managing social media channels for executive leaders
