- Be the External Communications Expert: Serve as the trusted go-to for our brand marketing teams, guiding all external communications with deep knowledge, confidence, and finesse.
- Drive Best-In-Class Campaigns: Develop and deliver high-impact communication plans that blend creative ideas, insights, earned media, and influencers to support brand positioning, product launches, and other priorities.
- Excel in Media Relations: Cultivate strong media relationships and pitch stories that break through the noise across traditional and emerging platforms.
- Measure Success: Track and report the effectiveness of communication programs to maximize impact.
- Support Crisis Communications: Be prepared to support crisis and issues communication as needed.
- Lead Reputation Management: Monitor external social media, influencer content, and partnerships to ensure brand superiority.
- Be a Team Player: Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and agencies to strengthen programs.
- Keep a Pulse on Industry Trends: Stay informed on industry and cultural trends that could impact programming and bring insights for strategic thinking.
- Agency Management: Oversee and coordinate agency work to ensure alignment with business priorities and flawless execution.
- Be Nimble: Adapt to the evolving brand landscape with flexibility and agility.
- Salary range: $106,400 - $178,100.
- Salary based on skills, experience, and location; details shared during hiring.
- Performance bonus: approximately 12% of annual salary.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field.
- 6-8 years of PR experience in FMCG, agency or corporate preferred.
- Strong media relations and pitching skills.
- Experience managing influencer and partnership programs.
- Expertise in social media channels and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Creative mindset with insight-driven approach.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies.
- Some travel required.
