We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven digital marketing specialist to help us grow our brand, reach new customers, and generate qualified insurance leads through AI-powered content and social media.
This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape our AI-driven marketing program!
What You'll Do- AI Video Creation: Develop engaging, short educational videos using AI-generated virtual spokespersons in English and Mandarin.
- U.S. Social Media Marketing: Create and manage content on Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, and Tik Tok.
- Lead Generation: Develop targeted digital marketing campaigns that attract potential customers and generate qualified insurance leads.
- Content Strategy: Turn everyday insurance questions into simple, engaging, and informative videos.
- Performance Tracking: Measure campaign effectiveness, customer inquiries, lead conversions, and marketing ROI.
- AI Innovation: Explore new AI marketing tools and creative ways to improve content production and marketing performance.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Experience using AI video creation, virtual avatar, or video editing tools.
- Familiarity with Xiaohongshu, WeChat, and WeChat Channels.
- Demonstrated ability to create marketing campaigns that generate customer inquiries or qualified leads.
- Creative, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required.
