• Develop treatment plans, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed

• Contribute to improving patient care processes and ensuring a high-quality experience

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in at least three U.S. states
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• 2+ years of experience in primary care
• Exceptional communication skills with a warm, upbeat personality
• Strong listening skills and the ability to connect with patients virtually
