Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services via telehealth
- Develop treatment plans, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications as needed
- Build strong relationships with patients through empathetic listening and clear communication
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals
- Contribute to improving patient care processes and ensuring a high-quality experience
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in at least three U.S. states
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- 2+ years of experience in primary care
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm, upbeat personality
- Strong listening skills and the ability to connect with patients virtually
