PRN Days Nurse

With the latest in evidence-based clinical and medical care, we ensure a seamless transition between detox and residential treatment, addressing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of every client.

We are looking for a Detox Nurse (RN or LVN) to provide compassionate, high-quality medical care to individuals undergoing withdrawal from substance use. If you are dedicated to patient safety, comfort, and recovery, we invite you to be part of our team.

• Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas
• Experience in detox, behavioral health, or addiction treatment preferred
• Knowledge of withdrawal symptoms and medication-assisted treatment protocols
• Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical medical standards
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

• Monitor and assess clients during the detox process, ensuring safety and comfort
• Administer medications as prescribed to manage withdrawal symptoms
• Provide education to clients about the detox and recovery process
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

Days 7a-7p, every other Sunday set schedule.
