ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation (Night Shift) in Plano, Texas.

Plano, TX

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift from 18:45 to 07:15, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week and weekend work required every other weekend.

The Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano is a state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey to regain independence following an injury or illness. This nursing role focuses on providing specialized treatment and care for rehab patients recovering from conditions like stroke, TBI, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical hips and knees.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for rehab patients aged 18 and older.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes using the Cerner electronic health record system.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, discharge procedures, and self-care.
• Assist with daily activities and therapies to promote optimal recovery.

Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience in inpatient rehabilitation or medical-surgical settings.

Current RN license required. Certification as a Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) is preferred but not necessary.
