Description:
This position is for a Rehabilitation Nurse specializing in inpatient rehabilitation.
Candidates must have experience in acute rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities include providing ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients recovering from various conditions.
Ideal candidates will be familiar with common diagnoses and treatments in rehabilitation.
The patient population includes those recovering from strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.
This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patients' health, function, and quality of life.
The work environment includes a high patient-to-nurse ratio and requires potential floating to different nursing stations as needed.
Nurses are expected to wear royal blue scrubs and closed-toe non-slip shoes.
