We’re on the lookout for Relief Client Service Representatives to join our growing team!
At the Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County (EAHCC), our mission is to create a comprehensive pet health care environment that delivers superior customer service while addressing the needs of pets, clients, and referring veterinarians. We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of emergency services, including in-house diagnostics like blood work, radiographs, ultrasound, emergency surgery, fluid therapy, blood and plasma transfusions, oxygen kennels, endoscopy, and EKGs—all available 24/7/365.
About the Role:As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency department while welcoming and assisting our guests.
Responsibilities:- Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
- Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow‑up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
- Financial Transactions Oversight: Accurately and efficiently handle payment processing and reconciliation.
- $18-$22 hourly, based on experience
- This is a per diem position.

- Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
