Leasing Agent; part-time

We are looking to for a part-time Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates.

• Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service
• Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
• Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants
• Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments

• High School diploma/GED required
• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
