Server Assistant

We are looking for supportive Server Assistants to enhance our service team. As a Server Assistant, you support your Server with guest needs and table maintenance to ensure flawless execution. As one half of a “dynamic-duo” you are key in our guests having a great experience at Earls.

Responsibilities:

• Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional guest experiences
• Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests
• Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant including table maintenance and other duties as assigned
