Responsible for supporting the General Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing the profitability of one Race Trac store during designated shifts. While leading the shift, you will deliver on Race Trac’s mission of making lives simpler and more enjoyable through friendly service, food execution, cleanliness, talent leadership, and driving success.

• Provide courteous, frictionless, and elevated experiences for guests.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with co-workers and guests.
• Communicate respectfully and maintain a team-oriented attitude.
• Complete guest transactions efficiently and suggest complementary products.
• Address guest concerns promptly, involving regional team members as needed.

• Adhere to all safety and food safety regulations.
• Ensure all food offers are available.

• Maintain a clean and fully stocked store environment.
• Execute shift duties and uphold presentation standards.
• Clean food prep areas and equipment to standards.

• Demonstrate Race Trac's Core Values.
• Lead coaching, training, and assessment of team members.
• Provide performance feedback to the General Manager.

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• 2-3 years of work experience preferred.
• 1+ years management experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• May require food handler and alcohol server permits as per local laws.
