. Haywire is looking for our next great Bartender to craft unique and special experiences for guests. The menu is locally sourced with a beverage selection that includes local Texas spirits, craft beers, handcrafted cocktails, and an award-winning wine list.

• Create and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages aligned with the menu and guest preferences.
• Guide guests through wine, whiskey, and beer selections to enhance their dining experience.
• Balance showmanship with efficiency to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Provide hospitality rooted in southern hospitality to build regular guest relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of Farm to Fork stories behind locally sourced menu items.
• Maintain glassware, bar setup, and overall bar cleanliness and organization.

• Minimum two (2) years serving/bartending experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
