Restaurant Assistant Manager – The Saxton Group – Plano, TX

Annual Salary: $40,000 – $60,000 per year

• One year of management‑related experience
• Open availability (50 hours/week) and ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts

• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Run successful shifts in the front‑of‑house dining room and back‑of‑house kitchen

• Supervise labor, food, and product expenses
• Interact with guests to ensure a one‑of‑a‑kind experience
