Happy Beauty, a leader in wholesale and retail distribution of beauty supplies. We provide customers with high‑quality professional beauty products and exceptional customer service.

The Sales Associate will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for passionate beauty lovers who want to help customers through their beauty experience. This role includes advisory on hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails. Happy Beauty will provide the necessary knowledge and training.

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Happy Beauty Culture Values.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items. Working around moving parts, carts, or machines may include exposure to irritant chemicals.
