Responsibilities
  • Be a Team Member:
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
  • Be an Expert:
    Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution.
  • Be a Techie:
    Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them.
  • Be an Owner:
    Drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assist members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador:
    Be a brand advocate; develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; following the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and information; address improvement opportunities and adapt to change and feedback.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications
    :
    Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    :
    Food Service;
    Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation may be paid as premiums in certain circumstances. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the job location.
