The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the store's selling team during the holiday season and helps create an exceptional client experience. The role welcomes clients, connects them with appropriate associates, and assists across store departments based on business needs.
Responsibilities- Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, connecting them with associates based on their service needs.
- Support point-of-sale transactions, BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences.
- Address customer issues by connecting clients with management and follow up on requests and questions.
- Introduce clients to available services and assist with package carry-out or delivery.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with the ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
