This position partners closely with the General Manager to translate strategic priorities into daily action. The leader in this role drives revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction while coaching employees, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and overseeing inventory, fulfillment, and safety protocols. It demands both a long-term perspective and a hands-on approach to daily execution.

• Operational Leadership: Lead daily store operations in alignment with business strategy, advancing revenue growth, customer experience, and operational excellence.
• Team Development: Coach employees through real-time feedback, performance accountability, and career progression support. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze store-level data to track goal progress, identify performance gaps, and redirect team focus across sales, service, and execution metrics.
• Visual Merchandising: Champion Perfect Product Presentation standards, ensuring the store inspires customers and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Workforce Planning: Manage labor scheduling, payroll reporting, and staffing in response to customer traffic patterns and business priorities.
• Risk and Compliance: Maintain store maintenance, safety protocols, and legal compliance while safeguarding the business and its employees.

• Experience: 3-5 years of retail leadership experience focused on team development, operational execution, and visual merchandising.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfort using business insights, analytics tools, sales platforms, and operational reporting systems.
