WHAT DO YOU DO:

Prospect, set up appointments, deliver presentations, close new client opportunities

Work closely with teams across the Talent Innovation (Contract & Full Time Staffing, Outsourced IT solutions in cybersecurity, data & AI) to identify/qualify opportunities and demo solutions to growing companies.

Participate in networking activities, user groups meetings and develop relationships with decision makers.

Negotiate contracts, and facilitate the execution of service agreements.

Requirements:
  • Have 5+ years of successful sales in IT Talent (Contract & Full Time Staffing/Recruiting) Solutions.
  • Have experience selling IT Talent Solutions, Professional Services or Staff Augmentation.
  • Have proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism.
  • Have marketing Automation expertise using a combination of Video, Email, Phone, Text.
  • Have sales expertise with prospecting, appointment setting, Applicant Tracking Tools.
Compensation:

This position offers a competitive compensation package, consisting of a commission based on sales performance.

Based on the initial 90 days of results, this role has the option to be converted to full-time role ( with standard base + lucrative incentives + vacation + benefits)
