Account Executive - Education Focused Sales
Location: Allen, TX
Pay: $95,000 base salary + $65,000 bonus = $160,000 total compensation
Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive with experience in the education sector to join our innovative team supporting Resi.io, a leader in live streaming technology for thousands of organizations worldwide. This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to make a substantial impact by expanding our footprint within the K-12 and higher education markets. You'll be responsible for developing new business through prospecting, managing a pipeline, and delivering tailored solutions to educational institutions, including faith‑based schools.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in selling to educational institutions or faith‑based organizations
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas through prospecting and relationship‑building
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to the education market
- Understanding of broadcast/production technology and its application in educational settings is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a hyper‑transactional sales environment, managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing
- Experience engaging with decision‑makers such as pastors, administrators, or educational leaders
- Passion for education technology and familiarity with live streaming hardware, HDMI, and related AV systems is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting K‑12, colleges, and universities, with an emphasis on faith‑based and private schools
- Prospect and generate new leads without the support of SDRs, managing the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing
- Conduct impactful demos of platform tailored to educational clients, highlighting live streaming solutions aligned with their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to address technical requirements and ensure seamless onboarding for educational clients
- Guide prospects through the sales cycle, focusing on short 20‑30 day deals with hyper‑focused outreach
- Build relationships with key decision‑makers in churches, schools, and educational institutions with attendance under 700
