We are seeking a highly motivated Inbound Closing Account Executive to manage and close warm, qualified leads from our marketing and customer success teams. This role is focused on owning the second half of the sales cycle, engaging with interested prospects, guiding them through the evaluation process, and turning them into satisfied customers. You'll also work with existing customers to drive renewals and upsells, contributing directly to revenue growth and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle primarily inbound sales opportunities (warm leads, demo requests, inbound inquiries) from prospective and returning customers
  • Own the closing process, from discovery and needs analysis through product presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and signed contract
  • Understand each customer’s goals and challenges to position tailored solutions that maximize value and retention
  • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and support teams to ensure a smooth, consultative buying experience
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers to secure renewals and identify upsell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, and forecasting in Salesforce CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly closing quotas and revenue targets

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar closing role, with a focus on inbound or warm leads
  • Proven success in managing a high-volume inbound pipeline and converting leads to paying customers
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for pipeline and activity management
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with a consultative approach to sales
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-moving, hybrid work environment
