• Commitment: Dedicate time to promote home sales and maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
• Traffic and Sales Generation: Promote the company and its products through mailings and calls; maintain accurate MLS listings.

  Complete and manage all required forms and buyer information in the company database.
• Customer Service: Track and document all customer interactions, issues, and closing procedures.
• Model Home and Community Maintenance: Ensure model homes are open, maintained, and secure; manage supplies and report discrepancies.
• Learning and Development: Attend training sessions as directed.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety rules.

This is a non-exempt, full-time role with physical requirements including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Location may vary, with weekend hours expected.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in sales, mortgage, construction, or customer service is a plus

• Sales ability, computer skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, financing knowledge, construction knowledge
