This is a developmental position designed to prepare high‑potential talent for future advancement into an Inside Sales Manager role. As an Inside Sales Development Representative, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in the sales process, build strong foundational skills, and contribute directly to revenue growth by acquiring new merchant clients via phone.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Acquisition:
Proactively engage with merchant prospects from various company sources to close sales and meet performance targets. - Mentorship & Growth:
Receive ongoing coaching and guidance from experienced Inside Sales Managers to accelerate your development. - Sales Process Mastery:
Learn and apply proven sales techniques, demonstrating progressive improvement in communication, negotiation, and closing skills. - Customer Understanding:
Deepen your knowledge of merchant needs, pain points, and business requirements to tailor solutions effectively. - Performance Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives while building a pipeline of future opportunities.
Education and Experience:
HS/GED and 2 years of related experience or associate’s degree and 0 years of experience.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Outlook.
- Two years of sales experience, extensive inside‑phone sales experience or telemarketing sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
