Generate new business through networking, cold calling, and in‑person outreach.

• Build relationships with Homebuilders, Remodelers, Roofing companies, Home‑service professionals, HOA boards and community managers, Realtors, and property managers.
• Attend networking groups (BNI, builder associations, etc.).
• Identify and create partnerships that drive consistent referrals.
• Represent the Brothers Gutters brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Visit job sites, meet with homeowners, and provide on‑site consultation.

• Energetic, self‑driven, and proactive.
• Get excited by the hunt for new business.
• Love meeting new people and starting conversations.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven sales environment.
• Feel confident walking into a builder’s office or job site.

• Strong follow‑through and communication skills.

• Do you have experience developing relationships through networking and cold calling? Tell us about your approach and your results.
• What is your experience working with builders, contractors, or other home‑service companies? Share any partnerships or accounts you’ve developed.

• Outside sales (home services, construction, roofing, pest control, solar, landscaping)
• Experience building referral networks.
• Familiarity with BNI or similar networking groups.
• Comfort visiting job sites or residential neighborhoods.
