What

You’ll Do as an Account Executive:

As a driving force in our sales team, our Account Executives actively build and expand client relationships across multi‑state territories, both in office and on the ground. This position involves a high volume of outreach to uncover new opportunities, build strong connections, and grow our presence in existing accounts.

  • Prospect & Engage: With Energy and optimism, conduct high‑volume, proactive outreach to identify potential clients and schedule meetings with law enforcement agencies.
  • Discovery: Practice Service conducting exploratory meetings with a humble, solution‑driven approach to truly understand client needs.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Demonstrate Ownership by meticulously managing your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting through detailed tracking of opportunities, and strategically prioritizing activities to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Present & Close: Take Ownership of every presentation, demonstrating our products’ value, addressing objections, and securing new contracts with confidence and excellence.
  • Onboard & Set Up for Success: Take Ownership of onboarding new clients, ensuring their accounts are set up properly and effectively to guarantee long‑term success and account health.
  • Grow & Retain: Prioritize People by fostering lasting relationships with existing clients, introducing new products and services that enhance their capabilities and loyalty.
  • Collaborate on Strategy: Contribute to our mission with Energy and a strong sense of purpose by staying informed about market trends and providing valuable insights to shape our strategies.
