Pay: 100% Commission

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with investors and investors partners.
• Involves negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions, researching, and sourcing new buyers, and negotiating with buys on properties to sell inventory.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for each property.
• Manage multiple listings simultaneously.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to sell properties quickly and at the best possible price.
• Identify potential buyers and build relationships with investors, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and other industry-related events to build professional relationships and generate leads.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
