Position Overview

The Manager, Vascular Sales - West Region position is responsible for training and overseeing the functions of our vascular consultants and sales representatives to achieve maximum sales profitability, assigned sales quotas and account penetration within an assigned territory, focused on vascular products.

What you will do
  • Train and assist Sales Representatives and Territory managers in developing and implementing tactical sales plans for growing new business and expanding current business within territory.
  • Work with other sales and marketing employees to enhance technical visibility and company image within all accounts.
  • Establish and manage territory's target list and forecast for prospective accounts.
  • Build and maintain professional business relationships with physicians, nurses, and technicians.
  • Conduct sales presentations to large and small groups and demonstrate use of the medical device product portfolio to prospective end‑user.
  • Provide in‑servicing and clinical information to end users in and around the procedure rooms and surgical suites.
  • Provide reports to management on activities, forecasts, sales and projects accurately and on time.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of competitive products and services.
  • Sell portfolio of medical device products to new and existing customers within lnterventional Cardiology, lnterventional Radiology, and Critical Care Devices to new and existing customers.
  • Other Job duties as assigned.
Skills for Success
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of 100% quota achievement
  • Must reside within assigned region
Travel required
  • 90% travel required
